Founded by Daniel Canales, the farm embraced organic farming in 1994 and later earning international acclaim with a Cup of Excellence win in 2004. Today, Daniel’s sons carry forward his legacy cultivating Typica and Caturra with deep respect for the land. The result is a coating toffee cup and fruity notes.
