Own coffee roasting
The selection and roasting of our beans takes place in the city of Curitiba, through the careful work of our Roasting Master. This professional, after several researches and tests, found the ideal roasting profile (or curve), responsible for defining the time and temperature to which the beans will be exposed in the Roaster. With it, we managed to value coffee and highlight its characteristics in the best way. And so our customers can enjoy the best we can offer.
Our history
In 2018, the idea of creating a unique coffee shop in Brazil emerged. Inspired by the high quality, simplicity, and perfection of Japanese coffee shops, brothers Carlos, Alexandre, and Luis Fertonani opened their first The Coffee store on Al. Prudente de Moraes, Curitiba, Brazil, measuring just 3 square meters. This address marked the beginning of something grand, and it soon expanded worldwide, bringing the best of Brazilian coffee combined with the purity and perfectionism of Japan.
